LIFETIME WARRANTY

All Rokkard rings are expertly crafted in the UK using only the highest standards, practices and materials. We are so confident in the quality of our jewellery, that we offer an industry-leading lifetime warranty on every ring that is purchased from Rokkard. In the unfortunate event that your ring ever cracks or breaks from accidental damage, we will replace your Rokkard ring for free. Simply contact us at info@rokkard.com at any time and once the defect has been confirmed, we will begin working on a replacement for you.

If your ring is no longer available on Rokkard, we do reserve the right to substitute the ring for similar style options. Rokkard is not responsible for any sentimental values of your original Rokkard ring. Any alterations or customisations to the ring, except for engravings, will void the lifetime warranty. Any custom engraving that has been done to the original ring, will need to be redone through a third party at your own expense.

This Lifetime Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, nor does it cover misplaced, stolen or lost rings. Whilst all Rokkard rings are extremely durable and very scratch-resistant, they are never scratch proof. Even diamonds can be cut. If we believe that the ring has been purposefully broken to take advantage of our lifetime warranty, we reserve the right to null the warranty and reject a replacement request. Our decision is final.

Resizing Warranty

Due to the nature and extreme durability of our Rokkard tungsten carbide rings, they cannot be resized like traditional and more malleable materials such as gold, silver or platinum. Because of this limitation, each Rokkard ring also comes with a lifetime re-sizing warranty. If your finger size ever changes, you will of course need a new ring. In this event, contact us at info@rokkard.com and we will exchange your ring for as long as you own the ring. We will require the original ring sent back to us and this will not be returned, if you wish to keep the original ring for it's sentimental value, we suggest purchasing a new ring.

Warranty Terms

• The Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches.
• The Warranty does not cover misplaced, stolen or lost rings.
• The Warranty only applies to the original buyer and cannot be transferred or sold.
• We will request details about your original order for us to verify your ownership.
• Alterations or customizations, except for engravings, will void the warranty.
• You are responsible for both the return shipping fees and delivery fees.
• Rokkard is not responsible for the sentimental value of the original ring.
• Rings can only be replaced for the exact same style and width.
• Rokkard may substitute a similar style ring if your original ring has been discontinued.
• The replacement ring will be delivered in an alternative presentation box.
